Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be entertained only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note that Ready to Ship orders or orders that have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and have initiated the shipping process are not eligible for cancellation.
Return Policy:
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
Timeline for Return Request:
To initiate a return, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. The timeline to raise a return request is within 24 hours from the date of order delivery. For a seamless return process, we recommend having an unboxing video of the delivered package.
How to Start a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at care@lidyo.com or through WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
